Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed and we have sent an order confirmation email.

All prices are shown in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.1 Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

5.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our Site are delivered by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once used or opened:

• Cast Iron Cooking products (once used)
• Cooking Tools that have been unpackaged or used
• Fuel products of any kind
• Any products showing signs of use, damage from customer misuse, or not in original packaging

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for authorization and instructions
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Out Griller Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site without our prior written consent.

Out Griller Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) that are the subject of the claim.
