Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium grilling equipment and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once used or opened:

  • Cast Iron Cooking products (once used)
  • Cooking Tools that have been unpackaged or used
  • Fuel products of any kind
  • Any products that show signs of use, are damaged due to customer misuse, or are not in their original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Wait for Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Pack Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  5. Mark Your Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  6. Ship: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will process your exchange once we receive the original item.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items.
